ab aate ki loi banakar uski gol roti banaye fr us gol roti pr namak mirch ka paste lgaa le ....ab isko fold kre fr is roti ko knife se 3 pieces main cut kr le (pic ki tarah)
.......ab in teeno pieces pr thodh oil or ataa laga kr ek ke uper  ek rkhe or fr isko parathe ki tarha bel le...ab is paranthe ko tave pr dono tarf se sek le or garam garam khasta paranthe ko dahi ya sauces ke sath serve KARE......
