1. besan -1nd1/2 katori
2. oil - 2tbsp
3. lal mirch - 1/2 tbsp
4. haldi -1/4 tbsp
5. namak swadanusar
6. sugar - 2 tbsp
7. nibbu ka ras - 2tbsp
8. eno- 2 tbsp

4. nibbu ka ras - 1 tbsp
5. harimirch - 2-3
6. rai (sarso)
RECIPE:
dhokla banane ke liye sb se phle besan main oil ,suger, namak, nibbu ras, lalmirch or 1/2tbsp eno dal kar pani mila kr beshan ko paste bnaale. or kuch der ke liye rkh de ( besan ke ghol ko jada patla na kare ) ...
ab dhokla ka mittha panni bnane ke liye ek pan main 2 tbsp oil dale usme kuch rai (sarso) ko dale jb rai pak jae tb isme hari mirch ke peices dale usko bhi pakne de ab ismain 2 chamach suger dale or kuch der usko bhi garm hone de ab ismain 1 cup panni , 1/2 tbsp nibbu ras or swadanusar namak dale isko garm ho ne de jb tk sugar melt na ho jae ....
besan ko lagbhag 20 min. tk rkhne ke baad ismain bacha huaa eno mix kijiye or isko acchi tarh mix kijiye...(.ager beshan ka peast jada thick (motta) lge to kuch panni ki bude dal sakte hai)....ab idli mekar lijiye or idli ke sache main oil lgaa kar besan ka paste thoda thoda dale ....or isko idli maker main 6-7 min. tk pakne de....kuch der baad isko chaku se idli ko check kare ki ye ander se kachhi to nhi hai....ager chaku pr dhokle ka paste na lge to iska mtlb ye taiyaar hai....
ab inko thandha hone de
.....phir inko ek bowl main nikal kr ismain dhokla ka panni dale or 7-8 min. tk rkh de....kuch der main ye dhokle pani pe lege or inmain mitthapan aa jaega.
..agar aap ko sauce accha lgta ho to 1 tbsp sauce ko mithe pani main mix kr sakte hai..
