GAJAR MATER
INGRIDIENT:
1. 2 badi gajar.....
2. pav mater.....
3. 1 hari mirch.....
4. 1/2spoon haldi....
5. 1 spoon dhaniya....
6.1/2 spoon lal mirch...
7. namak swaad anusaar....
8. oil 2 spoon ....
RECIPE:
sabse phle gajar or mater ko saaf kar chhil lijiye...or gajar ko chote chote pieces main cut ker le v mater ko bhi nikal le...
.uske baad ek pan main 2 tbl.spoon oil dal kar usmain rai or jeera daliye fr jb rai jeera pak jaae tb usmai phle mater daliye fr gajar, mirchhari or namak v haldi daal usko chalaie....or jara saa 2-3tablespoon pani dal de or pan ko dhak de....
Ab 20 min. tk isko pakne de or bich bich main isko check krte rhe ki gajar paki ki nhi agar gajar soft ho jae to sabji main lal mirch or dhaniya dale or chalade agar gajar nhi hui ho to usme thoda pani or dal de....fr kuch der pakne de ...is prkar kuch der main aap ki gajer mater ki sbji taiyaar ho jaegi isko garm parathon ya roti ke sath serv kare.......
