Namak (swad anusar)
Lal mirch (swad anusar)
Oil-2 katori (pakori talne ke liye)
Hing-Chutki bhar

RECIPIE
sabse pehle besan ko ek bowl mein mirch namak or hing dal kr pani ke sath mila lijiye...
fir aaloo ko chil kar uski gol slices kat lijiye isi tarha hari mirch ko do slice main cut krle phir isi trah bread ki slice ko square shape main cut krle
Ab kadhai mein oil ko dal lijiye or garm hone de...fir besan ke ghol mein aalu,mirch or bread ke sclice ko besan mein deep kar ke oil mein fry kar le
Ab in garm pakoriyon ko sauce ya chatni ke saath serve karein or isi ke sath chaye ya coffee ka bhi maja lijiye
